Wild Rice Venison Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deer, cubed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. raw wild rice
Preparation
    Dredge venison cubes in flour.
    Brown in butter over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic; continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil. Add raw rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour or longer, if needed, stirring occasionally.
