Creole Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 c. whole kernel corn, fresh or canned
    2 tbsp. chopped pimento peppers
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion & bell pepper. Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper & pimentos. Cool & add cheese & well beaten eggs. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole & set in pan of hot water.Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve at once.
