Hamburger Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rolled bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given and pack into buttered 8-inch ring mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn onto platter.
    Fill center with fluffy rice, peas or sauteed mushrooms.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Using recipe, pile meat mixture into greased muffin pans, rounding tops.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
    When serving these individual meat loaves, use A.1. sauce to make the meat more tasty or any other sauce you wish.
