Honey Glaze For Chicken Or Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white wine or cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken parts or pork chops
Preparation
    Pierce meat with a fork.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
    Grill or broil meat, using the marinade to baste or bake meat in sauce.
