Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake
    1 large pkg. instant or cooked pudding mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 large carton whipping cream
    cherries for decoration
Preparation
    Cake is easier to work with if it's a day old.
    Slice cake crosswise into about 4 layers.
    Spread pudding mix (made up) between each layer.
    Whip the whipping cream to a peak; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and sugar to taste.
    Spread over top and sides of cake.
    Sprinkle nuts on top and sides of cake.
    Refrigerate (keeps several days).
    I usually keep mine in a Tupperware container while in refrigerator.
