Potato Soup With Lumps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 chicken bouillon cubes or 7 c. chicken stock
    7 c. water (omit when using stock)
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced (skin on or off)
    3/4 c. celery tops, chopped
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Add first four ingredients to soup pan.
    Boil until potatoes are still slightly firm, then add milk and butter.
    Simmer.
