Grandmother Hudson'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together as you add each ingredient on low speed.
    Pour into a 9-inch standard unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
