Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
salad oil
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
confectioners sugar

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix at medium speed, eggs and milk until frothy.
Beat in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth.
