Quick And Easy Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. pork sausage, uncooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix
biscuit mix and sausage until
well
blended.
Add grated cheese and mix.
Form into walnut size balls and place on a paper plate.
It works best to use a circular arrangement for
best results
and more even cooking.
Microwave about 20 balls
at
a time on High.
Let stand 1 minute, then test for doneness.
Cook 1
minute
longer, if needed.
Makes about 60 walnut size balls.
