Baked Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-inch thick chuck steak
1/2 pkg. instant onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. of wine or 1/2 c. wine
Preparation

Use a piece of heavy duty foil large enough to completely wrap the meat.
Use a cookie sheet or oblong cake pan and put foil in bottom of pan.
Pour 1/2 of onion soup mix, mushrooms, water and wine mixture onto foil.
Place steak on top of mixture.
Pour the other half of mixture onto the top of the meat.
Wrap foil around steak securely.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serves 2 to 4.
