Cheese And Mushroom Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
    8 unfilled manicotti shells
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of the Mozzarella with Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, onion, celery, crumbs, egg, milk, parsley and pepper; set aside.
