Yangnyum Kanjang - Bulgogi Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. mein chiang (Chinese bean paste, optional)
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. rice wine or dry sherry
    1 tsp. toasted, ground sesame seed
    2 tsp. finely chopped spring onion
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chili sauce (optional)
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir in next 6 ingredients.
    Crush garlic with salt and sugar to a fine paste. Stir in.
    Mix well and serve in small individual sauce dishes.
