Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 can O&C onion rings
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts and cut up into bite size pieces.
Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese and onions.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
Add onion rings and bake 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
