Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 triangles Roquefort cheese
    Worcestershire
    garlic salt
    red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese soften to room temperature.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add Worcestershire, garlic salt and red pepper to suit taste.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Shape into 2 balls; roll in chopped fresh parsley or paprika.
    Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
