7-Up Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. 7-Up
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Boil juice from pineapple.
Add boiling water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add dry jello.
Add cream cheese. Blend with electric mixer on medium.
It will be lumpy.
Add pineapple, 7-Up and nuts. Refrigerate 4 hours.
