Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 whole allspice
    3 whole cloves
    2 c. tiny whole or sliced beets with juice
Preparation
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil and let boil together about 1 minute.
    Add the beets, with juice and boil all together about 5 minutes or more.
    These should be prepared at least one day before serving.
