Perfect Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 well beaten egg
1/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
Beat egg well; add milk.
Stir in oil and juice.
Add liquids.
Stir 20 seconds; mixture will be lumpy.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
