Reunion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded fine
    1 head cauliflower (raw in small flowerets)
    1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 pt. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, arrange ingredients in layers with the lettuce on bottom and sugar on top.
    Do not mix.
    Store in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Toss when ready to serve.
