White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. brown mustard
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. chervil
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. salami, cubed
    2 (1 lb.) cans white navy beans, drained, washed and dried
Preparation
    Blend together first 7 ingredients. Stir in olive oil. In another bowl, combine balance of ingredients. Pour the lemon vinaigrette over the mixture and blend well. Chill before using. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
