Angel Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. orange jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 small jar pimentos, diced
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Heat pineapple juice and add to jello.
Add cream cheese and cool.
Add other ingredients except whipped cream.
Cool until congealed.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Cut into squares.
(Cool Whip may be substituted for whipped cream.)
