Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. kraut (1 lb.)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix sugar with kraut and let stand 1/2 hour.
Add remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 12 hours before serving.
