Cheddar Cheese Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. light sour cream or fat-free plain yogurt
    7 small red potatoes, diced into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    basil for garnish
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and spices in large bowl.
    Add potatoes and onion; toss to coat well.
    In a 9 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam, spoon potato mixture in an even layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Garnish with basil, if desired.
