Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 c. Crisco shortening (not butter flavor)
2/3 to 1 c. very cold water
1 tsp. vanilla (approximately)
pinch of baking powder (optional)
pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation

Make pea-sized flour and shortening by working through with hands.
Add water, a little at a time.
Do not knead, just work to a ball until mixture doesn't stick.
Roll between 2 sheets waxed paper.
Makes 2 shells.
