Bacon, Salsa Topped English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    4 English muffins, split
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 medium tomato, cut into 8 slices
    1/2 c. mild chunky salsa
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Prepare the bacon until browned; drain.
    Toast English muffins until golden brown and crisp.
    Spread each muffin half with sour cream.
    Break bacon slices in half; place two halves on each muffin.
    Top with tomato, salsa and cheese.
    Place the muffins in a baking pan.
    Bake, until cheese melts, at 370\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
