Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into 6 patties.
    Heat skillet very hot (no oil).
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes, until browned.
    Pour off fat.
    Combine rest of soup and water and pour into skillet.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.
