Mom'S Good Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk or 1 tsp. vinegar in plain milk
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend buttermilk, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to buttermilk
mixture.
Then stir in 1 cup hot water (not boiling).
Mixture will be thin.
Bake in
13 x 9-inch pan for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Grease and flour pan.
