Cold Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken broth
2 ripe avocados
16 oz. plain yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
chives (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients, using only half of yogurt, in blender. Then stir in other half of yogurt.\tTop with chives, if desired.
