Fresh Apple Cake(Happy Baking!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients except flour. Add eggs and oil.
Beat well. Stir in vanilla. Add flour, apples and nuts, alternating until well mixed.
Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Needs no frosting or icing.
