Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased baking pan.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Good served with soup.
