Summer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely diced
    3 bunches scallions (green onions), finely diced (white part only)
    1 green bell pepper, finely diced
    3/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. imitation sour cream
    2 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    Yields 2 or 3 servings.
