Cheese Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3/4 lb. marshmallows
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Cook juice, cornstarch, vinegar and egg until thick and cool. Then add cheese, marshmallows, pineapple and whipped cream.
Mix well and chill overnight.
