Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    1 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the cream cheese, beaten eggs, salt and sugar.
    Beat well.
    Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
    Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients.
    Beat well together.
    Fill 36 cupcake liners with this mixture, a little more than half.
    Drop one heaping teaspoon of first mixture on top of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 36.
