Yum, Yum Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 (3 oz.) boxes coconut cream pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix butter with crushed crackers.
    Spread and press crumbs in bottom of cake pan.
    In a large bowl with an electric mixer, combine the pudding and milk.
    Mix until thick.
    Cut the ice cream into mixture and continue to mix until smooth.
    Pour over cracker crumbs.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Top with dry Ritz cracker crumbs.
