Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped chives
butter
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add sour cream and cream cheese.
Add chives.
Put into large casserole bowl (ovenproof).
Put pats of butter on top of potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
