Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. water (warm)
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 lb. hamburger meat, browned
    corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour.
    When mixed well, add water, bouillon cubes, cumin and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil. When bouillon is dissolved, put tortillas in sauce until soft. Add cheese and hamburger meat to edge of tortilla.
    Roll tightly. Repeat until pan is full.
    Pour remaining hamburger meat into sauce and pour over enchiladas.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
