Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 qt.) peck pears
5 red peppers
5 large onions
5 c. sugar
5 green peppers
3 hot peppers or more
5 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grind pears using coarse blade and drain off excess juice. Grind peppers and onions.
Combine all ingredients, bring to boil and boil 20 minutes or until done.
Pack into standard canning jars and seal.
Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
