Spanish Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
6 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
2 cans tomato juice
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
Preparation

Wash rice thoroughly and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Drain.
Brown pork chops in frying pan, then remove. Add the onion and celery to drippings and brown.
Return the chops to the pan on top of the onion.
Put a mound of rice on top of each chop.
Pour the tomato juice around the chops and on top. Scatter parsley over all and bake in a moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for one hour.
Yields 6 servings, 1 chop each.
