Frank Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced raw potatoes (any kind)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. frankfurters, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients.
    Add 1 cup of water; bring to boil.
    Cover and boil gently for 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Add frank slices.
    Blend flour, pepper and milk. Stir into vegetables;
    bring to boiling.
    Cook for 2 minutes more.
    Add margarine and serve with paprika and other pat of margarine.
    Serves 6.
