Blackberry Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. blackberries or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen berries
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a mixer bowl, combine first 4 ingredients until butter is worked into fine crumbs.
    Blend in the cheese and then the milk; do not overmix.
    Roll the dough out into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle about 1/3 inch thick.
    Sprinkle blackberries on top, then add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and nutmeg.
    Start from long end and roll like a jelly roll. Place on greased baking pan with seam down.
    Pinch ends together and sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
    Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with cream.
