Fresh Apple Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 medium apples, peeled and cut
1 c. sugar (add to apples and let stand 5 minutes)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter.
Add apples, sugar and egg and mix with spoon.
Sift dry ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into a pan with a hole in the center (greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
