Chocolate Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 egg
    3/4 c. chocolate milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups.
    Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa.
    Stir to mix.
    In another bowl, combine egg, chocolate milk, oil and extract. Whisk until well mixed. Combine two mixtures and stir just until mixed.
    Batter should appear lumpy.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of muffin. Good served warm, plain or buttered. Honey butter is good with these muffins.
