Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    sage, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash in a small amount of water in saucepan until tender; drain.
    Combine with onion, margarine, eggs, sage, paprika, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in half the cheese.
    Spoon into buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and additional paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
