Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and flour. Then add milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Fold in coconut.
    Pour into three (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
