Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sour or buttermilk or regular milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Soak oatmeal in milk for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake on hot griddle.
