Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. butter
    3 green peppers, chopped
    8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 to 5 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 large can tomato puree
    Italian seasoning
    lemon pepper
    garlic salt
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage; drain fat and set aside.
    Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
    Season with lemon pepper, garlic salt and red pepper.
    Drain butter.
    In large pan, combine meat mixture and vegetables.
    Add tomato sauce, paste and puree.
    Add Italian seasoning to taste.
    Bring to slow boil, reduce to simmer, stirring often.
    Simmer to desired heat and flavor.
