1 (12 oz.) pkg. light caramels *
1 small can evaporated milk *
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter *
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
chocolate frosting

Preparation

*Can substitute 1 large jar caramel ice cream topping.
