Essie'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 c. rice
    1 large tomato
    7 cubes bouillon
    1 can mushrooms (6 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine. Add 1 cup rice.
    Saute 10 minutes.
    Add the tomato (cut up).
    Boil 2 1/2 cups water.
    Add the bouillon to the water.
    Add the mushrooms.
    Add liquid to rice mixture. Cover and simmer until liquid is gone.
