Deacon Brodie'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    3 anchovies
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 lemon
    1 coddled egg
    1 tsp. Romano cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 head romaine, washed and dried
    croutons
    fresh ground black pepper
    grated Romano cheese to taste
Preparation
    Crush garlic in wooden bowl and smear; repeat with anchovies. Add oil and lemon juice.
    Mix. Add egg and mix.
    Add cheese, mustard and vinegar.
    Mix. Add romaine lettuce; toss.
    Serve with croutons, cheese and pepper.
