Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. summer squash
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Add butter, salt and pepper, crackers, egg and milk.
    Pour into greased dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
