Mom'S Easy Red Beet Pickling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pickle spice
Preparation
    Boil mixture.
    Add 1 jar red beets (drained) and let boil 3 to 5 minutes.
    Cool and refrigerate.
